Abstract

This decision analysis approach evaluates business cases and simulates the impact of proposed investments using participatory and probabilistic tools to quantify the potential costs, benefits and associated risks of interventions. The methodology has been applied to case studies in Kenya: Marsabit County and in honey value chains in Lamu County.
