Bio
Lisa Hilgers is a gender and social inclusion advisor at GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit). She currently works for two GIZ funds, the Fund for International Agricultural Research (FIA) and the Fund for Strengthening Human Capacities of Partners in Agriculture, Rural Development and Food Security (PEOPLE). In addition to these roles, she is the Gender Focal Person for GIZ's Rural Development and Agriculture Division. Since 2020, Lisa has contributed her expertise, including on gender transformative approaches, to various GIZ projects.
