In a time of omni-crisis, the focus on social justice is quickly rising to the top of global agendas.

Climate change, COVID-19 and food price hikes all impart socially unjust impacts: the poorest, most marginalized are hit the hardest, and future generations are left to deal with immense impacts. Reducing inequality is not only a matter of fairness and social justice, it is also key to eradicating extreme poverty and fostering sustainable development.

Social inclusion refers to the process of including marginalized groups by increasing their opportunities, access to resources and their rights to sustainable, equitable food systems, now and in the future.
