Abstract

The 2025 user survey confirms that the resource hub continues to offer strong value as a trusted knowledge platform. Users rated the quality, relevance, and timeliness of resources highly, indicating that content remains credible, useful, and largely aligned with user needs. The likelihood to recommend the resource hub also remains high, consistent with 2023 findings [see 2023 report here], reinforcing that users not only value the resource hub but are willing to endorse it within their networks.
