Abstract

The purpose of this workshop is for District and Local level Marine Fisheries stakeholders to identify constraints to sustainable development of their resource and, through the multi-stakeholder learning approach, chart out what needs to be done to address those problems so as to improve their livelihoods. The workshop will also examine the consequences of a learning approach for artisanal fishers and service providers so that follow-up actions can be developed
