Abstract

This conference poster presents a qualitative baseline study conducted in health facilities to understand the experience of health care workers in relation to the current provision of HIV care and antiretroviral therapy (ART) in Malawi and Zimbabwe. The study was part of Lablite, a large implementation study which aims to evaluate strategies to optimise clinical management of ART and minimize routine laboratory monitoring to support ART decentralisation in low resource settings
