Ananya Chakraborty

Bio

Ananya Chakraborty is an Associate Scientist working on Gender Transformations Approach for Drylands and Watershed Areas with the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics. Chakraborty has previously worked with Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) as a Senior Researcher, where she also worked as a Project Coordinator. In 2019, she participated in the Managing Global Governance Academy with the German Development Institute and the '=International Futures program, courtesy of TISS. She holds a Doctorate of Development Studies in Migration, Gender and Labour from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where she also attained a Master’s Degree in Philosophy (MPhil).
