Anna Patel

Bio

Anna Patel is a consultant at WorldFish, working in project management and partnership development with over eight years of experience working for non-governmental organizations and research organizations, and holds a MSc in Marine Ecology and Environmental Management from Queen Mary University of London in 2013.

She was the program leader for the Resilient Small-scale Fisheries research theme and the Gender research theme at WorldFish in 2021 as part of the FISH CRP where she supported, facilitated and coordinated projects with researchers, non-governmental organizations, and civil society organizations, primarily in Africa and Asia. Her interests lie in inclusive governance and gender equity in aquatic food-systems.
