Ashrita Saran

Bio

Ashrita Saran is the Deputy Director of the Evaluation and Evidence Synthesis Programme at the Global Development Network (GDN) and was previously the Executive Director of Campbell South Asia. In addition to leading multidisciplinary research teams, she has been responsible for evidence-synthesis projects designed to support evidence use. She has coordinated, managed and led projects funded by international organizations such as the Partnership for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (PMNCH), the UNICEF Research Innocenti office, CGIAR and the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).  Research interests include economic evaluations, climate change, disability and inclusion, and women & child well-being.
