Bio

Mamata Aryal is a consultant researcher at the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), Nepal, for the  ‘Addressing Climate Vulnerability in Nepal through Resilient and Inclusive WASH Systems (RES-WASH)’ project and ‘NEXUS Gains: Realizing Multiple Benefits Across Water, Energy, Food, and Ecosystem’ initiative. With a master's in environmental science from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, Mamata specializes in diverse water-related research areas such as aquatic ecosystems; water resource management;  and water, sanitation and hygiene.
