African Experience with Collaborative Graduate Programmes

Abstract

To support the process of Partnership for African Social and Governance Research’s programme design, it is essential to have a clear picture of the recent and existing experiences in African involving collaborative graduate programmes (and possibly undergraduate programmes). This study consisted of a review of 3 such programmes that are housed at South African universities. It captures some recent and existing African experiences of collaborative graduate programmes; specifically University Science, Humanities and Engineering Partnerships in Africa (USHEPiA), LLM in Human Rights and Democratisation in Africa and the Association of African Business Schools (AABS)
