Age at permanent incisor eruption in indigenous goats and sheep in semi-arid Africa

Abstract

Reports the results of a study on age determination of goats and sheep by means of dentition; considers sex, nutrition, season of birth and body size; uses 800 animals and 1900 ages at eruption of incisors.
