Case Study: Dakawa Rice Farm- small-scale irrigated cooperative rice production

Abstract

This case study explores the case of Dakawa Rice Farm in Tanzania - a former state rice farm (constructed by the North Koreans) but now co-operatively managed by a water users’ association of small rice farmers.
