Abstract

This paper reviews the findings of research into the extent and nature of corporate social responsibility in disaster eduction, exploring the process of private sector engagement and its results. It focuses on natural disasters and measures to prepare for and mitigate against future disasters in South Asia (in particular Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka)
