Abstract

The dataset of the Peruvian Phytophtora isolates - CIP collection is organized in a webpage which includes photos (from field, plants), field information, Phenotypic (Mating type, resistance to metalaxyl, virulence) and Genotypic (mtDNA and SSR alleles) of the Peruvian P. infestans isolates characterized. which are necessary to better understand the diversity and distribution of the pathogen and their correlation with potato production in Peru.Knowledge of structure of P. infestans population is important for disease management It is a basic line to monitoring changes of viral populations and the risk they represent for potato cultivation under a global warm.
