Abstract

The presentation gives a brief outline of thematic and global analysis and the main research questions to be answered by PEN, i.e. What is the current role of forests in poverty alleviation, and can that role be enhanced through better policy formulation and implementation?; and What is the relationship between forest use/dependency and household income/assets in different environments and policies
