Private-Sector Engagement: The Key to Efficient, Effective Energy Access for Refugees

Abstract

This toolkit offers guidance on the effective and efficient involvement of private-sector actors in providing energy solutions in forced displacement settings. It is aimed at implementers of energy interventions, and at policy decision-makers who identify priority needs and develop humanitarian budgets.
