Abstract

Paper assesses the post-course outputs of participants who completed the Structured Operational Research and Training Initiative (SORT IT) courses 1–3, to determine whether the courses, build sustainable capacity and leadership for operational research. This research was supported by the UK Department for International Development’s Operational Research Capacity Building Programme led by the International Union Against TB and Lung Disease (The Union)
