Bio

Charlotte is a seasoned advisor in human-centered design, user research, and digitization strategies. With her expertise in social anthropology (PhD from Freie Universität Berlin) and product development (PEAT/Plantix), she has been supporting development cooperation agencies and applied research initiatives in agriculture for GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH), Agriculture Funding Consortium, CIMMYT, IITA, IWMI and Bioversity Alliance in Africa and Asia. Charlotte is currently supporting CGIAR initiatives (Excellence in Agronomy, and Digital Innovation) to strengthen capacity on user-centered innovation design. She is the author of the CGIAR User Research Toolkit and the Rapid Inclusivity Assessment tool.
