Bio
Dr. Singaraju is a postdoctoral fellow in gender research with the Sustainable Impact Platform at the International Rice Research Institute, based in New Delhi. She is a development economist specializing in gender and agri-food systems, focusing on research to improve climate and livelihood resilience for women farmers and agri-business entrepreneurs. As part of her current role, she is co-leading a Work Package on digital inclusion (part of the CGIAR Initiative on Digital Innovation). She holds a PhD in development studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, India. Her PhD research focused on gender and labor dynamics in rice farming in India.
