Implementing Gender Equality Markers
Gender equality markers are a crucial tool in the accountability of financing for gender equality and women’s empowerment. If implemented with consistency, they have the potential to document investments being made in gender equality and women’s empowerment from the individual to the systemic level. Gender equality markers can help us identify where these investments are happening and where there are gaps.
