A needs capacity assessment was conducted across the Pan African Bean Research Alliance network. The results show a need to build capacity on proposal development skills, gender transformative approaches, developing gender investment cases, scientific communication skills and non-scientific communication skills across the networks and ages.
This training course will strengthen colleagues' capacity to develop gender-responsive proposals, apply gender-transformative approaches, and communicate their research. The activities will be carried out through online workshops.
